VHRPRO
Modernizing the Travel and Hospitality Industry

VHRPRO

Vanya Tran, Co-Founder, VHRPROVanya Tran, Co-Founder

A country with a war-torn history and pristine water with azure beaches, the South East Asian nation of Vietnam is renowned for its picturesque scenario. Just like other Asian countries, Vietnam too has opened its gates to modern amenities with skyscrapers touching the clouds; yet it manages to keep the authentic experience of food, people and culture which makes the country a top location for tourists around the world. According to recent studies, Vietnam plans to welcome up to 20 million foreign visitors by 2020, earning $35 billion in tourism revenues and contributing 10 per cent to the country’s GDP and 6 million jobs. Digitalization has seeped into every market domain, that businesses can’t deny being globally competitive. Travel and hospitality organizations need to utilize Industry 4.0 as the key to global successful and sustainable development.

In an ambitious bid to change their notion and help them unlock the maximum potential of digital technologies and its endless possibilities, Vietnam-based VHRPRO has developed an online e-commerce platform to bring people closer and create an ecosystem community. “Our ultimate objective is to support the 3 to 5-star tourism and hospitality companies to make extensive use of both information and transactions in all stages of the value chain,” says Vanya Tran, Co-Founder of VHRPRO.

With its e-commerce hospitality platform, VHRPRO focuses on bringing industry professionals on a single hospitality ecosystem where they can share job opportunities, update market reports, create a strategic partnership and industry trends.

We support hospitality companies to utilize the advantages of Industry 4.0 for success, both information and transactions in all stages of the value chain

Furthermore, the platform allows them to connect with partners and clients, promote professional services and learn more about the industry with like-minded professionals. The platform helps in connecting B2B, B2C and B2E (business-to-employee) companies and helps their client introduce services, sell and buy products through a secured payment gateway. It further allows them to share information directly through their social media platform. The platform is easy to use and is available both on the web and mobile. Tran adds, “We provide tailored-made solutions for clients to meet their individual needs.”

Shedding light on VHRPRO’S route to success, Trans says, “With an active and professional hospitality network not only in Vietnam but worldwide, we support local companies to connect to better international services as well as to connect global partners to connect with local opportunities in a cost-effective manner.” The platform is designed to support local companies that can connect to international services and global partners to harness local opportunities cost-effectively.

VHRPRO has successfully helped many of its clients overcome challenges and attain their desired outcomes. Tran reflects on the success of the past and says, “We have supported our international clients to understand their potential partners’ needs before they meet each other in Vietnam. That helps our client to save the cost of arranging and negotiation as well as make a quicker decision than they are doing it by themselves.” For local clients, the option of choosing a business partner is vast, whether it is an international partner or a local one.

The future of VHRPRO looks scintillating as the company intends to expand to other Asian countries such as Singapore and India. With their current and developing hospitality networks, they further wish to grow their presence in the U.S, Australia and European countries.
